We are committed to developing well-rounded horsemen and women at the ranch. From grooming, equine care, riding, and basic groundwork, our summer kickoff camp emphasizes the importance of proper horsemanship with a hefty dose of fun! Activities will include daily riding lessons grouped by ability, horse care, crafts, games, continued development of equine education, and an introduction to vaulting! At the end of the week campers will demonstrate their learning for their parents/guardians pick-up.

A week exploring and practicing English riding skills in flat work, dressage, and jumping combined with fun camp activities. Campers should have some previous riding experience but do NOT have to have English riding experience. Activities will include daily riding lessons grouped by ability, horse care, crafts, games, and continued development of equine education! At the end of the week campers will demonstrate their learning for their parents/guardians pick-up.

English Camp

Activities will include daily riding lessons grouped by ability, horse care, crafts, games, and continued development of equine education! Western Camp
August 9th - 13th, 2021

Interested in vaulting? Not sure what vaulting is? Come learn! Vaulting is an Olympic Sport that can be described as gymnastics or dance on horseback. It teaches coordination, teamwork, creativity, and improves strength and balance. Due to the nature of vaulting it is very accessible to children of all ages and abilities. An instructor is in control of the horse at all times and children are assisted when mounting the horse and dismounting. For young children, a side walker is also present. This camp will focus on the basics of equestrian vaulting, teaching proper mounting techniques, vaulting moves and routines, vaulting equipment safety, and more!

Vaulting Camp
Summer Finale Camp

Did you join us for a previous camp this summer and want to ride again before the summer ends? Are you looking for an exciting end to your summer? Join us for a fun filled finale camp where we will practice skills we’ve learned all summer and acquire some new skills - all while we celebrate our wonderful horses that teach us so much! It’s okay if this is your first camp with us, all activities are accessible and engaging for all levels or riders.

All camp registrations are non-refundable as spaces are extremely limited. A non-refundable $100 deposit is due at the time of registration with the balance due one week before the camp start date. Unpaid balances by the due date may result in forfeit of camp spot if we have a wait list.
We are always looking for volunteer Junior Counselors to assist with camps. Junior Counselors should be 15-18 years old, comfortable and experienced around horses, and enjoy being with kids! Junior Counselors assist Lead Counselors in all aspects of camps and can earn lessons, extra ride time, and get tons of experience with horses and kids (looks great on a college application and resume!).
